Mr. Campbell is a Senior Trial Attorney at Raiser & Kenniff with an extensive litigation background in the areas of Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. Mr. Campbell began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney where he successfully prosecuted a multitude of cases ranging from low-level misdemeanors to serious violent felonies. During his tenure with the District Attorney’s Office, he was appointed to the Economic Crimes Bureau where he continued to hone his litigation skills and gained significant investigation experience with respect to sophisticated financial and White Collar crimes. After leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Campbell entered private practice where he zealously defended the rights of individuals charged with all levels of crimes. Mr. Campbell has a stellar record of achieving successful results for his clients whether it is an acquittal following trial, obtaining suppression of evidence after a hearing, or negotiating a favorable plea. He is also well versed in the interplay between Criminal Court and Family Court having represented and protected the rights of clients in both venues. Additionally, Mr. Campbell has significant civil litigation experience in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice. Prior to joining Raiser & Kenniff, Mr. Campbell was a litigation attorney with a prominent medical malpractice firm where he aggressively defended complex medical liability and negligence claims against hospitals, physicians, nursing homes and health care organizations. This position enabled him to receive training directly from medical professionals regarding the proper standard of care. Mr. Campbell has since utilized this specialized medical training in the defense of claims related to premises, automobile, construction and products liability.
