Attorney Jessica Pasztor is a founding member of Pasztor & Coe LLC. She graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2011 with her Juris Doctorate, and then went to receive her Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2012. Attorney Pasztor is licensed to practice law in the states of Illinois and Indiana, in both the state and federal courts of each jurisdiction. As a Master in Taxation Attorney Pasztor is familiar with the rules and regulations of the United States Internal Revenue Code and with the procedures of the Internal Revenue Service. By using that knowledge and experience she is able to not only help the clients of Pasztor & Coe LLC with tax disputes, but also structure estate plans so as to protect as much of the assets of an estate as possible, be that in a trust, will, and power of attorney for an individual, or through structural planning for a corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, or limited liability company. Attorney Pasztor is a lifelong resident of Indiana. Originally from the northwestern region of the State near the border with Chicago, she went to school on both sides of the border. Now, as a mother of one and a supremely qualified attorney, she has set her roots in Westfield where she plans to remain with her family in this growing and exciting community.
