Dale R. Gomes graduated from Bethany College in 1996 with a bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Theology. Four years later, Dale graduated from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento where he distinguished himself as a talented and aggressive advocate. Mr. Gomes began his law practice at the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office where he specialized in litigating cases involving societies most vulnerable victims in the sexual assault and child abuse division of the District Attorney’s Office.
In 2007 after six years practicing law in the bay area, Dale accepted a position at the El Dorado County District Attorney’s Office where he continued his career of exceptional trial advocacy and again specializing in the prosecution of “special victim” cases. Dale has personally tried more than 90 jury trials to verdict in multiple northern California jurisdictions.
In January 2020 Dale opened the Law Offices of Dale R. Gomes with offices in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. His practice focuses on representing victims.
